Halliburton is the tip, the big tip, of the iceberg

Check out this new report called "Outsourcing the Pentagon" from the Center for Public Integrity. Forty percent of the Pentagon's contracts were awarded "no-bid."

Washington Post writes it up. And NPR covers it. So does the New York Times.

Think Bush will talk about this in tonight's debate?

Comments:
maybe he ought to be called george "no-bid" bush
